Mobile Travel Fees: Within 5 miles: Free | Beyond 5 miles: $0.70 per mile (calculated round-trip).

Convenience & Service Fees (Non-Notarial Charges):

  • After Hours (Before 8:00 AM or after 7:00 PM): $25

  • Weekend Appointments: $25

  • Holiday Appointments: $50

  • Extended Wait Time (beyond 15 minutes): $15

Loan Signing Agent Services

Professional loan signing services for title companies, lenders, and real estate professionals. Accurately handled with absolute confidentiality.

Loan Signing Pricing: * Standard Loan Signing (within 15 miles): $125

  • 16–30 miles: $150

  • 31–50 miles: $175+

Loan Signing Add-Ons:

  • Printing Documents: Starts at $25 (dependent on page count)

  • Scanbacks: Starts at $25 (dependent on page count)

  • Same-Day Service: $25

  • After Hours: $25

  • Cancellation / No-Show Fee: $50
